[cse141] lab #3 deadline change

Due to popular acclaim, we are moving the Lab #3 deadline to wednesday
November 20, 4pm, with turn in the lab.

Note that we will have a Lab #4, which will go out in the first half of 
next week,
with due date of December 6.  This may seem far away, but because of the 
short
week of thanksgiving, is only a small number of class days away.  This 
lab will
involve performance optimization of the processor implementations.
